One of those crucial questions that folks have a medical condition of panic

watched a tennis match between to top players in the world, in a grand slam tournament worth
a great deal of money, not to mention the feeling of success.
In these situations these players are brain washed, and highly trained from a
very early age not to allow panic to take over.
The moment that occurs all is lost. If you watch very closely they often sit in
the chairs in between games, and put a towel over their head and breathe very
deeply.
This is nothing new, but it is very effective. This is just one example of how
to deal with panic attacks.
