What Causes Anxiety Attacks - What Causes Panic Attacks

One of those crucial questions that folks have a medical condition of panic attacks continually ask them selves, is what causes anxiety attacks, or what causes panic attacks?

There are numerous ways to respond, and come up with some reasonable explanations, but the one that springs to mind is fear. Fear is a seed in most cases is planted in a person’s subconscious mind in the early stages of a person’s life, and very difficult to eradicate unless you know how.

If you take into consideration people that are brought up in different environments, this would be a clue to where I am heading. If you take the person that is unfortunate to not have a happy childhood, in many cases fear, and panic starts at this point.

Other reference to what causes anxiety attacks, are the excessive use of alcohol, and the agony of depression symptoms of a hangover. The use of marijuana and anxiety attacks  are usually related.

Of course this is not always the state of affairs like all things there is always exceptions to the rule. Fear and panic can rear its ugly head at any point in a person’s life and usually brought on by stress. The saying you are what you think and what ever you think will come about is not to be taken lightly in fact this in many cases becomes a reality.

Social anxiety disorder in teenagers is quite common when you consider the amount of changes taking place in their lives its

understandable.

We often forget what that transformation was like so it important to learn how to help a family member with panic attacks.

When you are making reference to the human mind, most therapists would be the first to declare, even with all the modern technology accessible today, we are not even close to understanding the human mind.

This is not a mind boggling statement due to the fact, that all human beings think in an individual way.

What some people fear, and panic about, other people see this as a challenge. The essential thing to consider, is the only person that can control your mind is you.

What is the key to dealing with panic attacks on a day to day basis?

In order to answer that question I would have to give you an example. Recently I watched a tennis match between to top players in the world, in a grand slam tournament worth a great deal of money, not to mention the feeling of success.

In these situations these players are brain washed, and highly trained from a very early age not to allow panic to take over.

The moment that occurs all is lost. If you watch very closely they often sit in the chairs in between games, and put a towel over their head and breathe very deeply.

This is nothing new, but it is very effective. This is just one example of how to deal with panic attacks.

These are just few reasons to what causes anxiety attacks.
